On ground floor, a spacious and comfortable living-room allows you to enjoy convivial moments, with a large sofa, a dining table, a desk and a television equipped with an hi-fi system and a DVD player. Free Wifi in the whole house.
The kitchen is equipped with : stovetops, an hoven, a microwaves, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine and a dishwasher.
Outside a nice wooden table invites you to enjoy the all-year long sun that we have on the island, while being protected from the wind. The large barbecue, indispensable piece of good holidays, promises you unforgettable evenings !
The terrasse’s door opens directly on the lovely community swimming-pool equipped with sunbeds and shower at your disposal and surrounded by an exotic garden. A tennis court is also accessible for free.

On first floor, the first room has two single beds of 90x190cm, with a large wardrobe.
The second room has a single bed with also a baby cot at your disposal.
The third bedroom offers a double-bed of 140 x 190cm, a large wardrobe and a relaxing area with a rocking chair and a dressing table.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub-shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a bidet.

The residential neighborhood named Las Lomas is located nearby Caleta de Fuste’s Town Center, and therefore offers you the advantage of quietness, while being close from everything, with supermarkets less than 300m away, bars and restaurants just nearby and the beautiful beach of fine sand around 600m away from the house. The town of Caleta de Fuste is really lively, with a lot of restaurants, bars and shops, and a lot of activities around, like Golf, Windsurf and Tennis. It is located in a central point of the island, and only 10 minutes from the airport. It’s the perfect place to start your exploration of Fuerteventura and it’s idyllic beaches!
